MURTHA REQUIRED TO TESTIFY
Federal Judge Rosemary M. Collyer has ordered Representative Jack Murtha to appear in court and be cross examined in response to a sobpoena by Marine Sgt. Frank Wuterich. Wuterich is suing Murtha for defamation. Should be interesting.
